Social housing tenants are living in limbo because there is no funding to carry out widespread testing for defective concrete.
That’s according to Cllr Brian Carr, who said there are some people who are looking to buy their home from the council and cannot do so until testing is carried out.
He was told that between 8 and 10 houses have been tested over the past 3 months:
