Ireland is nothing short of an ‘international laughingstock’ among IPAS applicants.
The claim’s being made by the Chairman of Independent Ireland who says he’s been given a ‘cheat sheet’ that’s being circulated among applicants on how to ‘con’ the system.
Deputy Ken O’Flynn says there seems to be an entire industry set up, whose sole function is to train people to rip off the State and the Irish taxpayer in the process.
He says he’s written to Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan demanding action:
