Four vehicles were seized on the Strand Road in Derry for being uninsured over the weekend.
It has led to police reminding the public that they will continue to take proactive measures to remove such drivers from the road.
Those who drive without proper insurance documentation will be stopped, the vehicle will be seized, and a fine and penalty points will be issued.
They are also warning that those who allow people to drive their car without insurance may be committing offences.
