Planning permission has been granted for a four-storey apartment building in Letterkenny.
Donegal County Council granted permission to Brian Brogan for the 22-unit block, located on the Calhame Road, next to the Mountain Top roundabout.
The permission also includes a communal roof terrace, lower-level parking and bicycle parking and a toddler play area.
The planning permission was granted on 24 conditions.
