A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of drug offences after police stopped a car in Strabane last night.
Officers from the Sperrin Neighbourhood Policing Team spotted the vehicle on Evish Road.
One man exited the car and was chased and arrested a short time later on suspicion of supply and possession of a Class B drug, as well as possessing criminal property.
A quantity of herbal cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and a mobile phone were also seized.
The man remains in custody, assisting police with enquiries.
