A new social housing project has been announced for the Fountain Street area of Strabane.
14 new social homes are to be built at Patrician Villas, after a proposal was brought forward by Arbour Housing Association with the support of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
The development will include a mix of two and three bedroom general needs family homes, along with a wheelchair accessible property.
