EV drivers avoid price hikes as fuel costs rise

The latest AA fuel price monitor is confirming what we’re all seeing at the petrol pumps.

The cost of both petrol and diesel has risen sharply this month.

The average being charged on forecourts across the country in March was 1.90 a litre for diesel, up 18 cents a litre on February.

Petrol costs an average of 1.81, a rise of 8 cents a litre.

However, the impact of the Iran war has yet to hit EV drivers, with the cost of charging at home and public charging stations unchanged.
