Finn Valley AC’s Roisin Flanagan set a new Donegal 1500m record in the USA this weekend.
Roisin’s sister, Eilish, was also in action in the States last night – putting in an impressive performance across a mile in Washington.
Closer to home, there was success at the Irish Milers Club Meet for Ciaran McCarroll & Tara Rose Smith while there were several young local athletes crowned Ulster Champions at the Mary Peters track in Belfast.
