Mona McSharry has taken a silver medal in the 100m Breaststroke at the Setti Colli Meeting in Rome.
McSharry, who trains at Merlin’s Swim Club in Ballyshannon, came home in a time of 1:06.30 behind Italian winner Bernadetta Pilato.
Lisa Angiolini, also an Italian, was third.
2024 Olympian Mona will also compete in the 50m and 200m events this weekend.
