A Donegal TD has criticised the Minister for Children over her handling of the defective concrete crisis.
Deputy Charles Ward has also called on the Government to deliver on its pre-election commitment to introduce a €200-a-month childcare payment.
He raised concerns about the 25 childcare facilities in Donegal affected by defective concrete.
