A man’s been arrested in connection with the murder of Marian Beattie in County Tyrone over 53 years ago
The body of the 18-year-old was found at the bottom of a quarry near Aughnacloy in March 1973, just hours after she’d attended a charity dance nearby.
The PSNI arrested a man in his 70s this morning, who remains in custody.
