A 35-year-old man is due before Derry Magistrates’ Court today following an incident in the Collon Lane area of the city.
He is charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug, disorderly behaviour and assault on police, following his arrest on Monday.
He was also arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and will be reported to the Public Prosecution Service in relation to that offence.
