The Judgement on Sinn Fein Senator Pearse Doherty’s legal challenge in relation to the failure by government to hold the Donegal South West by-election has been brought forward.
The decision was due to be announced next Friday but the parties involved have now been told that the outcome of the challenge will be known tomorrow.
