Independent Councillor Dessie Shiels has confirmed he will be seeking election to Dail Eireann in the forthcoming 2016 General Election.
The Letterkenny based Councillor made the announcement last evening on the basis that he believes he will be able to deliver for all of Donegal.
Cllr Shiels says people outside of Letterkenny town need a centrally located TD to work for their needs and he feels he is the person to do that………..
