LYIT to meet IT Carlow in Cup Semi Final

The Letterkenny Institute of Technology have been drawn with IT Carlow in the semi finals of the Umbro Cup.
This will be the second trip to Carlow in a month for the LYIT boys, who disposed of their opponents 5-4 in the league semi final a few weeks ago.
The game is scheduled for the 22nd February.
LYIT reached the semi’s with a 2-1 win over DIT while Carlow beat GMIT 1-0 in the quarter finals.
The draw took place today in Dublin with Joe O’Brien and Paul Walsh from the CFAI officiating.
