LYIT lose to DKIT in Colleges League Final

The Letterkenny Institute of Technology lost to Dundalk IT in this afternoon’s Colleges and Universities Division One League Final at the Peacelink Complex in Clones.
The LYIT lead 2-1 at half time with both goals coming from Anthony Appiah.
DKIT’s second half goals which won them the title, came late in the game from Reece McEnteer and Ciaran Cluskey-Kelly.
Disappointment for Letterkenny but they now must focus on the Umbro Cup semi final, where they will play Carlow IT in the coming weeks.
