Revenue Commissioners are clamping down on Landlords from Northern Ireland who rent out properties in Donegal but fail to pay tax on rental incomes.
According to tax consultants in Letterkenny, there has been a steady flow of cases involving Donegal property owners living in the North being faced with huge tax bills.
Mary Farrell of Tax Advice Services says she is currently dealing with 14 live cases and is advising those who receive letters from Revenue not to ignore them…………
