Will Joe Mc Hugh return as Taoiseach presents junior Minister list to cabinet?

Donegal Deputy Joe Mc Hugh is the outgoing Junior Gaeltacht Minister, but there4 has been some speculation that position could go to Galway West TD Sean Kyne.
Housing and the opposition’s proposals for an all party committee on the future of the health service are also expected to be discussed at the gathering.
