Frank Mc Glynn is heading into his seventh Ulster Final in a Donegal jersey this weekend when they play Tyrone in Clones.
It’s been ten years since the ever present Glenfin man was involved in his first Ulster decider.
He suffered defeat that day to Armagh and on two other occasions since but was also on the winning sides in 2011, 12 and 14.
