MEP visits Donegal today to discuss Malin Head tourism & meet with Donegal Action for Cancer Care

 
Sinn Féin MEP Matt Carthy is visiting Letterkenny today.
Carthy will meet with Failte Ireland representatives at 11am to discuss the tourist potential of Malin Head.
The meeting follows a recent meeting between Mr Carthy and community representatives at Malin Head who are seeking to develop tourist facilities and services at the Donegal beauty spot.
There has been much speculation that tourist interest in Malin Head will increase
when the area is seen by millions in the new Star Wars film.
Following his discussions with Fáilte Ireland, Mr Carthy will hold a meeting after with representatives from Donegal Action for Cancer Care.
