Derry’s Mark Lynch out for six weeks

Derry’s prospects in Division Two have suffered a set-back with confirmation that Mark Lynch has been ruled out for six weeks because of a knee injury
The forward suffered bruising to his ligaments in the closing stages of last weekend’s opening game against Clare.
That game ended in a draw with James Kielt securing a share of the spoils with a late equalising point.
This weekend Derry travel to play Meath.
