PSNI appeal for information following Omagh assault

Police in Omagh are appealing for witnesses following an assault in the Kevlin Avenue area on the evening of Saturday March 3rd.
The assault occurred at approximately 8:20 pm, when an 18 year old man was assaulted by two men and received injuries to his eyes, neck and lower waist.
He was later treated in hospital and the injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
One of the males involved in the attack is described as being in his 20’s, having black hair with blonde tips and wearing a red coat with jeans. The other is described as also being in his 20’s, with brown hair and wearing a grey top, blue shirt with blue jeans.
