Cllr Michael Mc Bride has become the newest member of Donegal County Council. The Labour representitive replaces Jimmy Harte, who had to forego his council seat when he was elected to the Seanad last month.
In an emotional speech, he thanked Senator Harte for the opportunity and the trust he showed in him, and also thanked his family who were present in the chamber.
