19 people awaiting admission to LUH

There were 19 people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the INMO.
Two people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 17 people were waiting on wards.
University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded with 34 people waiting there.
The nationwide figure is 360, an increase of 5% on the same day last year when there were 342 patients on trolleys.
