Manus Kelly and Donal Barrett are still leading the international category of the 2018 Joule Donegal International Rally as the cars come off SS16 Atlantic Drive, but it’s the battle for 2nd and 3rd that is heating up.
The Moffett brothers, Sam and Josh, are battling it out with Josh now just 1.1 seconds ahead of Same as the cars head to SS17 Glen.
In the National Category, Kavin Gallagher and Noel O’Sullivan sit 22.8 seconds off the pace set by leaders Ian Barrett and Paul McGee.
