There are urgent calls on Donegal County Council to improve on its social housing stock.
It follows claims that some dwellings are experiencing severe issues with damp as a result of mica block defects.
Coupled with this, residents who are attempting to buy their house outright are said to be finding it near impossible to do so.
Cllr. John O’Donnell says the local authority must do everything in its power to get the Government to move faster in initiating a redress scheme.
