Cllr Niamh Kennady confirmed as Leas Cathaoirleach

Independent Councillor Niamh Kennedy has just been confirmed as Leas Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council for the coming year.
She replaces Fine Gael Councillor Martin Harley.
Councillor Kennedy joins fellow Independent Councillor Nicholas Crossan as Cathaoirleach.
