Donal Kelly to be co-opted on to Donegal County Council

As expected, Donal Kelly, father of the late Manus “Mandy” Kelly, will be co-opted on to Donegal County Council next week to fill the vacancy created when his son died during June’s Donegal International Rally.
Mr Kelly was unanimously ratified at a party meeting last evening, and will be co-opted on to the council at next Monday’s full meeting of council in Lifford.
