8,071 cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed today.
The Department of Health has been notified of 3,300 PCR-confirmed cases.
In addition, 4,771* people registered a positive antigen test through the HSE portal yesterday.
As of 8am today, 616 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, of whom 48 are in ICU.
