Increase in number of uninsured drivers

There’s been an increase in the number of uninsured drivers on the roads.

The Motor Insurer’s Bureau of Ireland says the issue is ‘problematic’.

More than 174,000 vehicles are uninsured, according to the body, an increase of over 23,000 since 2018.
