Donegal site will have lowest reserve at next Allsop Space auction

A lot of land in Donegal will have the lowest reserve when houses, land and an unfinished housing estate go under the hammer for the first time in an Allsop Space auction next month..
The one-acre site at Beechwood Park, Convoy has a reserve of just 5,000 euro.
This will be the second of five such auctions to held by Allsop Space this year.
The first, held last month, generated €12.4 million when 94 per cent of the properties were sold, with seven withdrawn before the auction.
The highest profile sale was that of the Sandhouse Hotel in Rossnowlagh which was bought by its manager Paul Diver for 650,000 euro.
