Part of Foyle Road in Derry closed in security alert

A security alert is ongoing in Derry with the Foyle Road closed and homes evacuated.
Following the discovery of a suspicious device the Foyle road at its junctions with Craigavon bridge and Bishop street has been closed
Police say up to 10 homes have also been evacuated as a result.
Army bomb disposal experts have been tasted to the scene.
