A preliminary traffic plan has been confirmed for the Twin Towns area.
It comes ahead of extensive waterwork due to begin today.
Slit trench works will be in place on Mainstreet from today until March 23rd. This includes a single lane stop & go system from 9:15am until 4:30pm each day.
From Monday, March 27th until Thursday April 6th there will be a footpath closure at Waterlane.
From Waterlane to Railway Road there will be nightly lane closures from Monday, April 17th until Friday, May 5th.
A one way system will be in place from Railway Road to Ard McCool from Monday, April 24th until Friday the 2nd of June.
