A Donegal councillor is seeking clarification on the protocols for pre-planning enquiries.
It’s believed only major projects in the county can now avail of pre-planning meetings via telephone now.
Councillor Gerry Crawford says given that such meetings can streamline the planning process and help avoid issues, it’s not fair that single house applicants seem to be excluded, particularly those affected by defective blocks:
