Gardai are seeking to identify two men witnessed damaging a car in the Ludden area of Buncrana.
At around 10:10pm on Sunday March 19th, the pair, dressed in dark tracksuits with their hoods up were observed damaging the tyres of a white mini.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who has any information, including dash cam footage to contact them.
