There’s been a slight slowdown in the rate of price rises for homes across the country.
Asking price inflation slowed to 3.2% nationwide.
The latest Myhome.ie report with Davy shows the median cost of a home in Donegal rose by 5.4% to €195,000 overall. However, there has been a drop in the cost of 2 bed apartments in the county as well as semi-detached properties.
