People receiving social welfare will get a €200 Cost of Living lump sum payment in just over a fortnight.
The support for pensioners, carers, people with disabilities, the unemployed, and lone parents will be paid on the week beginning Monday April 24th.
The payments, which will cost the State €261 million, will also benefit those in receipt of the Working Family Payment.
