Work has finally commenced on the construction of the new Primary Care Centre in Dunfanaghy.
The €2.5 million project has faced numerous delays after planning permission was granted in April 2019.
Donegal Deputy Joe McHugh in welcoming the moving forward with the project says the development will go far in serving the people as the delivery of healthcare changes:
