A 31 year old man has been charged with a number of offences under the Terrorism Act 2000s surrounding an un-notified parade in Creggan in April of this year.
The man is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court today.
Investigations were carried out by detectives from the Terrorism Investigation Unit.
