Donegal TD and Sinn Fein Finance Spokesperson Pearse Doherty claimed a change of government will be necessary to resolve the housing crisis.
During his address Pearse Doherty emphasised rising figures excludes the hidden homeless who are relying on the goodwill of loved ones for a place to live.
