The Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council says a plan needs to be put in place to deal with tourist accommodation shortages in the county.
Over half of hotel rooms are currently occupied by Ukrainian refugees.
Councillor Martin Harley says many of the small businesses in Donegal are being severely impacted by the lack of tourists visiting the county as a result of the lack of available hotel rooms or holiday lets.
He says it is a huge concern of his over the coming months and looking ahead to the 2024 tourist season:
