One person has died following a single car crash in Cork.
It happened on the Lower Glanmire Road coming out of Cork City this morning.
The scene remains sealed off as forensic collision investigators are due to carry out a technical exam.
Diversions are expected to be in place for a number of hours, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
