Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine says today’s meeting of the North South Ministerial Council is doubly significant.
One reason being, it marks outgoing Taoiseach Leo Varadkar’s final day.
The second being the fact that it’s first meeting since the Northern Irish Assembly re-formed.
