Donegal’s young boxers had a successful weekend at the National Junior Cadet Championship at the National Stadium in Dublin.
Eddie McBride from Dunfanaghy Boxing Club is through to the National Junior Cadet Final after defeating Brooklynn O’Brien from Cashen Vale Boxing Club, on a score of 0/5 in the 52kg division.
Illies Golden Gloves Boxing Club’s Roisin Hegarty overcame St. Catherine’s Ruby Cullen in the Quarter Final of the 60 kg division.
Hegarty defeated her Dublin opponent on a score of 0/5.
