A county councillor says he has been calling for a masterplan to be developed for the town of Magheroarty for the past five years.
Cllr Micheal Choilm Mac Giollla Easbuig says that the full potential of the area is not being reached, and that a collaborative approach must be taken.
Cllr Mac Giolla Easbuig added that many economic activities such as fishing, the ferry service and tourism takes place here.
