Motorists are advised that the traffic lights on the Polestar Roundabout in Letterkenny are still out of order.
An initial outage on Friday evening was repaired on Saturday.
However, another issue arose yesterday.
Donegal County Council is urging people to drive with caution and drive as for a standard roundabout.
