Efforts are being made to date a human skull found in Beara in West Cork.
A couple carrying out clearance work made the find at their rented house outside Eyeries at around 3 o’clock on Friday afternoon.
DNA testing is to be carried out on the partial human remains, at Forensic Science Ireland’s laboratory in Dublin
