“We lacked energy in the first half” – Dublin manager Ger Brennan

Dublin manager Ger Brennan says today’s loss to Donegal was “a game of two halves” as they were beaten 1-20 to 0-20 by Jim McGuinness’ side this evening.

Donegal led by six at the break and Dublin were much improved in the second period.

After the game, new Dubs boss Brennan said they lacked the energy needed in the opening period.

He also praised Donegal goalkeeper Gavin Mulreany for having a fine game between the sticks…
