Daniel O’Donnell joins calls to retain Donegal–Dublin flight schedule

Daniel O’Donnell is the latest to appeal for the Donegal–Dublin flight schedule to remain unchanged, as a draft Public Service Obligation contract is due to be signed in the coming weeks.

The Donegal singer took to social media to echo concerns raised in recent days that proposed timetable changes could force patients into overnight stays, adding extra cost and unnecessary strain.

A petition opposing the changes, launched on Tuesday, has now attracted over 11,000 signatures.
