A driver is due in court after their vehicle was stopped in Dungloe on Wednesday night.
Members of the Milford Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in the Dungloe area when they encountered a vehicle with non-compliant registration plates. After they stopped the vehicle, it was established that the driver was not licensed to drive in this jurisdiction.
The vehicle was seized for having no insurance., and Gardai say court proceedings and Fixed Charge Penalty Notices will now follow.
